The Wings Journey
Last night was my first experiment in my hunt for perfect hot wings. I’m tempted to say that the journey began and ended in one fell swoop. I made barbecued jerk rub tenders dipped in a mango pepper sauce.
The recipe for the rub and the sauce are from Bobby Flay’s Boy Gets Grill, and it was outstandingly delicous and blow-your-butt-off hot. The sauce was supposed to be a habanero...
Trends
Here’s what I’ve learned from using Daytum so far.
One I consistently buy as many drinks at coffee shops as I make at home. This is a far better ratio than I would have observed a year ago. But, if you had asked me before I started using Daytum, I would have thought that I made twice as many drinks at home.

Thank you very much.
A Hard Lesson
I’ve been working on a screenplay for the past year or so. I’ve been thinking about it a while and I started outlining in the Fall. As far as actual writing, I’ve completed two drafts over the past three months, and I’m finishing a third draft today. It’s an adaptation of G.K. Chesterton’s quirky novel Manalive, and it’s been an obsession of mine for some...
